Alere Property Group is looking to hire an Investment Manager that will assist in all areas of the company’s operations including asset management, acquisitions, development, loan origination, and accounting. The candidate will benefit from the Alere’s vertically integrated platform and the opportunity to learn first-hand from seasoned industrial developers/operators. Although Alere is the second largest industrial owner in Southern California, the corporate headquarters has a friendly, small office feel with 10 employees. The ideal candidate should have:
- Attention to detail
- Strong math skills
- Concise business writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Proficiency in Argus software (preferred but not required)
- Positive attitude with the desire to learn
