In 2017, Imperium partnered with Greystone to create a joint venture that will provide financing solutions for multifamily owners and developers throughout the United States. Our platform is a direct lender for FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Greystone is currently the top FHA lender in the United States and a top 10 Agency lender.
Job Responsibilities
-Source new acquisition/debt opportunities through canvassing property owners
-Develop new business through relationships
-Valuation of potential acquisitions
-Negotiate and structure transactions
Requirements
-Must have uncompromised determination and drive to succeed
-Ability to inspire others with their passion
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Organized, detail oriented
-Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not required
Compensation
-Commission based
-Unlimited earning potential
-Acquisition/debt origination fees and equity participation
