Position Summary The Receptionist will be responsible for routine clerical, including but not limited to, providing front desk reception services, administrative support, and office management. Job Description
- Answer telephones and provide appropriate information or transfer incoming calls to appropriate person.
- Greet all visitors providing courteous service.
- Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Manage FedEx account and bills.
- Assist in meeting arrangement.
- Perform clerical tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate with office building management office, office supply provider and other related office supporter provider.
- Maintain adequate level of office supplies and order replenishment as necessary.
- Manage international and local travel plans.
- Arrange the reimbursement for office and administration expense.
- Assist in planning events and major functions.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of related business experience.
- Exceptional time management and multi-task skill.
- Good communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
