Title: Financial Analyst
Department: Financial Planning & Analysis
Reports To: Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: New York, New York
Responsibilities:

Provide financial analysis and support for property budgeting, corporate model, lease analyses, capital expense projections, quarterly reporting and other requests

Prepare NPV lease analyses

Update Argus models and Leasing Assumption models based on leasing activity and assumptions

Update Argus models with operating expenses and capital projects

Maintain corporate model with up-to-date Argus projections
-
Assist with quarterly reporting of data including rent roll information and various statistics

Produce ad hoc scenario analyses and reports as necessary
Qualifications:

Four year degree with major in finance, economics, or related degree

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Argus DCF
-
R programming experience a plus.

A minimum of one (1) year of experience with real estate financial analysis, including cash flow modeling
