Terreno Realty Corporation is a publicly traded real estate investment trust (NYSE ticker:
TRNO) focused on acquiring, owning and operating industrial real estate in six coastal
markets: Seattle, San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Northern New Jersey, Washington, D.C.
and South Florida. The company acquired $2B worth of industrial real estate since our February 2010 IPO.
OPPORTUNITY:
Terreno is searching for a highly motivated self-starter to work in a dynamic real estate environment at either the Analyst or Associate level based on their individual experience. This challenging opportunity includes participation in acquisition and asset management
activities or a portfolio of industrial properties. Responsibilities include:
• Create and update Argus models
• Analyze the financial terms of lease proposals
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports for various projects
• Conduct and maintain research on various markets and issues
• Review and analyze monthly financial reports
• Prepare and submit LOIs
• Prepare and submit LOIs
• Prepare Investment Committee presentations
• Participate in and project manage the due diligence for proposed acquisitions
• Conduct and document the results of site inspections
• Undertake projects on an as needed basis
• Title and pay commensurate with experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate possesses:
• One to three years of real estate investment experience in acquisitions or asset management
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, finance or real estate
• Understanding of real estate and capital markets
• Fundamental understanding of language contained in both purchase and lease documents
• Comprehensive understanding of NPV, IRR and Cap Rates
• Exceptional quantitative skills; Excel experience required
• Proficiency in Argus is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a small team environment
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight
