Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under general supervision, performs a variety of routine and non-routine tasks related to common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliation calculations.
Completes data entry and technology aided roll-forward procedures to create calculation workbooks for each process.
Completes process specific tie-outs of critical data to include in the CAM reconciliation calculations.
Populates CAM reconciliation software with actual or budgeted expenses. Performs tie-out of expenses within the property workbook.
Performs basic CAM reconciliation calculations, as assigned. Understands the basic mechanics and placement of information within the calculation.
Coordinates the sorting and mailing of tenant calculation back-up and statements. Posts full calculations to a site for future reference.
Monitors and updates trackers timely for assigned properties within each process.
Performs other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college is required with 0-2 years of related experience and/or training.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products), with an emphasis on Excel. Must work well under pressure with proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences. Advanced organizational skills; attention to detail. Ability to work in multiple accounting software applications.
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
