SUMMARY
Real Estate Company, ranking in the top 100 largest owners of retail space, is looking for commercial real estate brokers for its brokerage division. We are seeking experienced junior and senior Retail Leasing and Investment Sales Brokers for the New Jersey market. Candidate must be energetic, a self-starter, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced business environment. Strong work ethic and communications skills are a must. Candidate must have a current NJ real estate license and a minimum of 1+ years’ experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Broker, you will participate in market and site analyses, site selection and transaction management, as well as lease and sales negotiations and financial analysis for tenants and buyers/owners/landlords.
QUALIFICATIONS
You must be licensed and active in performing lease and/or sale negotiations with a commercial real estate services firm, working in a real estate department of a national retailer, or the leasing department of a development/ownership company;
Must be self-motivated, sales-driven and thrive in a dynamic commission-based entrepreneurial business;
Must be professional with excellent communication and follow-up skills;
Strong organizational abilities and computer skills essential;
Work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners;
Have strong interpersonal sales skills;
Possess active listening and critical thinking skills;
Proven track record in the brokerage industry;
College degree preferred.
COMPENSATION:
Position is commission based and will include generous commission splits based on experience.
