Description
As a Property Manager with Whitesell Construction Co., Inc. you will provide day-to-day operations management of the properties assigned and maintain professional and courteous relationships with co-workers, tenants, contractors and township officials.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Tenant and Property relations and operations
Lease and contract administration
Budget development and management
Property inspections
Oversee staff and development
Available for on-call duty
Minimum Requirements include:
Professional appearance, strong initiative and ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner
Bachelor's Degree preferred
BOMA certification(s) preferred
Four or more years professional work experience with two or more years in Property Management
Ability to handle physical demands of the job; participate in and direct all move in/out inspection processes
Customer service orientation
Proficient computer skills
Compensation:
