Come join the HTA team and make a difference! The National Marketing Director will be responsible for carrying out marketing initiatives, helping to set marketing and public relations strategies, develop executional roadmaps and manage all marketing and public relations projects through the pipeline. This individual will also lead PR efforts, working with the executive team to identify story hooks, write press releases and pitch stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategy and execution for marketing/public relations initiatives
- Manage, develop and execute PR campaigns, targeted pitches, and media outreach
- Work with the executive team to create a national brand identity for HTA across all markets
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations
- regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Drive strategy and execution of video content development for both our internal and external
- audiences
- Develop and execute on a content strategy that grows engagement and brand awareness across
- social media channels
- Monitor results including PR impression and social media analytics to quantify the success HTA’s communication efforts
Job Requirements:
- Strong writing skills as well as high proficiency in proofreading and editing materials
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Marketing/Public Relations field
- Attention to detail and a capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Understanding of social media platforms including analytics and business manager tools
- Ability to travel to markets to gain understanding of local/national markets
- Excellent communication skills
