We are a New York based Real Estate investment firm looking to hire an individual to be focused on Acquisitions. Our firm specializes in acquiring value-add office properties throughout the country. We are ideally looking for candidates with 3+ years of real estate experience.
Responsibilities / Skills:
- Source potential acquisition opportunities, underwrite and present to decision makers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and sellers throughout the United States.
- Role entails weekly travel.
- Perform cash flow analysis and due diligence for new investments.
- Excellent Computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook. ARGUS is a plus.
- Must be a motivated, highly organized, detail oriented and self-directed individual with Strong verbal and written communication skills.
