Job Description:
Perform daily Administrative job duty including but not limited to:
- Answer the phone or refer inquiries.
- Maintain employee and department directories.
- Greet visitors warmly and call persons waiting for the visitor.
- Offer drinks to guests.
- Send emails and faxes, copy and print documents, etc.
- Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
- Perform basic documents filing and clerical duties.
- Take and relay messages.
- Update appointment calendars.
- Schedule follow-up appointments.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
- Coordinate office activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Phone Skills, Chinese Mandarin speaking preferred.
