Qualifications and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree required, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment, managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Real Estate experience a plus.
  • Detail oriented, analytical, strong organizational skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, works well under pressure and possess the ability to manage people and time efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Develops, facilitates, and manages all phases of the recruitment process; sourcing, screening, interview coordination, conducting interviews and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Consults with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provide support for various HR initiatives.
  • Willingness to take on additional projects necessary with the continuous growth and development of the company.
  • Identify training issues/areas of improvement and successes of staff. Communicate these effectively with staff.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
